We received a call this morning (while I was making cheese-Jarlsberg type)-from the adoption agency. They were calling us with a situation-that is what they call the entire environment surrounding a possible placement.
We were called about a young couple that would like to meet with us around the 18 of May. This young couple (H and R-we will call them) are expecting a boy around the 8 of August.
The birthmother, H, already has an 8-month old girl that she is raising. We don't know a lot of other factors except for physical features and a brief health description on each one.
We don't know at this time if they are meeting with other prospective adoptive parents. So, right now all we can ask for are prayers that H & R that they are able to make the right decision for their child and for themselves. I'll post more when we know more.
